SuperATV’s Black Ops 12,000 lb (5443 kg) Winch is designed for the biggest machines out there. Whether you need a powerful side-by-side winch that can pull through anything or a robust Jeep winch that can rescue your heavyweight ride, you need Black Ops. Our quick line-retract mode lets you pull your line in fast, making spooling all 14 meters of synthetic rope easy so you can get back behind the wheel. The extra-long wiring harness is long enough for any vehicle and features a quick-disconnect winch power cable. When paired with our 50 mm receiver winch mount plate, it takes just a few minutes to swap it between vehicles, plug in the power cable, and get riding.

The Complete Package

You get everything you need for total convenience. The prewired solenoid mounts to the top of the winch and uses color-coded wiring that anybody can figure out. You get a wired and wireless remote so you can winch out of trouble safely. Black Ops Winches are designed for extreme conditions and won’t break down from submersion or constant use. They’re built for real-world adventures.

Synthetic Rope Vs Steel Cable

We use a 12,000 lb (5443 kg) synthetic winch rope for good reason. It’s easier to handle than steel cable, more versatile, and more durable. Submerge it, twist it, hold it with your bare hands—doing any of those is a bad idea with steel cable, but synthetic rope doesn’t care. It’s just as strong and perfect for your side-by-side, Jeep, or truck winch.

Returns Policy

• Return Window: 60 days from purchase date
• Condition Requirements: Unused in original packaging
• Return Process: Contact customer service for return authorization number
• Restocking Fee: None within first 30 days, 15% between 31-60 days
• Non-Returnable Items: Electrical parts, special orders, clearance items
• Refund Timeline: 7-14 business days after return received

Exchanges

• Exchange Eligibility: We accept exchanges on any products as long as:
  • The product shows no damage from attempted fitting
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
• Damage Policy: If the product is damaged when returned to us, you may be charged a 50% damage fee
• Pricing Policy: Any product exchanged will be covered for the price you paid, whether the item was on sale or not
• Price Differences: It will be the customer's choice to cover any additional cost for the product they need
