The Function mode defaults to a flashing feature within a selection of pre-defined patterns, giving users a range of visual options. In Custom mode, individuals can tailor their experience by creating unique flash patterns for their whips, adding a personal touch to their displays. Additionally, Music mode synchronizes the lights with any music being played, even when connected to a Bluetooth stereo system, creating a lively atmosphere.

Disco Mode utilizes the phone's microphone to detect sound, causing the whips to respond dynamically to the music environment. For those who want to coordinate their lighting displays, Group mode enables users to connect multiple 5150 Whips controllers. This connection allows all whips within the group to operate in perfect harmony, ensuring a synchronized experience.
