This High Lifter Snorkel kit contains everything you need to properly snorkel your ride.

High Lifter Lifetime Warranty
From the beginning, High Lifter has engineered and manufactured some of the toughest, most durable
products on the market. That’s why this product comes with a Lifetime Warranty. It’s our promise that
High Lifter will never let you down.
• The Lifetime Warranty covers products sold to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The
term of the warranty is for the lifetime of the vehicle in question.
• Normal wear and tear items and finishes, such as, but not limited to: Heim joints, tie rod ends,
ball joints, bearings, seals, bushings, bushing sleeves, zinc plating, powder coating, or chipping and
discoloration of any finish is not covered.
• High Lifter will ship the replacement product after the returned product has been inspected by High
Lifter staff.
• The warranty shall not include claims for damages, installation time or labor charges, economic losses,
inconvenience, transportation, towing, down time, direct or indirect or consequential damages or
delay resulting from any defect.
• The warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly applied or improperly installed.
• The warranty does not apply to products installed on vehicles used for ATV/UTV Racing.
Making a warranty claim
1. All claims must be accompanied by the part and the original sales receipt or other acceptable proof of
purchase from the original owner.
2. All warranties must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)number.

3. When shipping the damaged product:
a. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
b. Also include the RMA number, proof of purchase and any notes inside the box.
c. Please keep your tracking number and shipment information.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to High Lifter--return shipping within the lower 48
states will be paid by High Lifter products. With all warranty claims, only standard shipping services
apply.
5. High Lifter will process your order within 24 business hours of receiving the returned item.

Highlifter Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

Return Window: 14 days from receipt of the product

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items:

• ANY Snorkel ATV or UTV/SXS products are NOT eligible for refund
• ALL Highlifter products - All sales are final as these items are imported specifically for you
• Custom ordered items
• Electrical components once installed
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification
• Clearance or special sale items

Important: 20% cancellation fee applies if customers back out of sales for Highlifter products when items are backordered or have been shipped due to international order, shipping & customs costs. Customers may cancel without penalty only when backing out immediately after being given restock dates or shipping times once the order has been placed.

Return Process

2. Return Authorization: Wait for our team to issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging
4. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective

Refunds & Fees

Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns

Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility:

We accept exchanges on eligible products as long as:

• The product shows no damage from attempted fitting
• The product is returned in its original packaging

Damage Policy: If the product is damaged when returned to us, you may be charged a 50% damage fee

Pricing Policy: Any product exchanged will be covered for the price you paid, whether the item was on sale or not

Price Differences: It will be the customer's choice to cover any additional cost for the product they need

Warranty Claims

• High Lifter products come with manufacturer's warranty
• Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and photos of the issue
• Processing of warranty claims may take 2-3 weeks

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt
• Include photographs of damage or incorrect item with your report
• We will work with you to arrange replacement or return
